REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you do not like it, no worries! We'll make it right. We're here for you and above all else want you to be happy with your purchase.

To get started processing a return, please reach out to our support team at info@anastasiajewelers.com and upload a picture of the item you ordered with the original packaging if the issue is regarding product quality or incorrect sizing issues. If it's something else, describe your issue in as much detail as possible.

In the subject of the email please call it "Return," and in the body explain your issue in as much detail as you can.

Our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

Once your order has passed 30 days, we can not offer a refund or exchange. This applies to original orders only, not exchanged orders.

All tags must be attached in order to be legible for a refund/exchange.

Also note that we do not cover the shipping costs to return your item. To compensate for this we offer store credit equal to two times your shipping cost.
